Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sales Command collects, uses, stores, and shares information when users access the app, create workspaces, manage leads, and use communications features.
1. Information we collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Account information: name, email address, password credentials handled by our authentication provider, workspace details, role, permissions, and team membership.
- Lead and customer data: names, phone numbers, emails, notes, tags, assignments, appointment details, lead source, status, history, and other sales records users add or import.
- Communications data: call logs, text messages, emails, voicemail details, recordings, transcripts, summaries, attachments, delivery data, and related metadata when those features are enabled.
- Billing data: subscription, payment, invoice, and transaction details handled by our payment processor.
- Usage and device data: browser, device, IP address, pages used, timestamps, feature activity, diagnostics, security events, and local storage or cookie-like data needed to operate the app.
- Support data: messages, screenshots, troubleshooting details, and other information you send when asking for help.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, secure, and improve Sales Command;
- create accounts, authenticate users, manage workspaces, and enforce permissions;
- send calls, texts, emails, alerts, reminders, invitations, password resets, and product notifications;
- process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud or abuse;
- generate transcripts, summaries, recommendations, reporting, and workflow automation;
- provide customer support and troubleshoot issues;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Customer responsibility for lead/contact data
Sales Command users decide what lead and customer information they submit, import, store, call, text, email, record, or analyze. Users are responsible for giving required notices, collecting required consents, honoring opt-outs, maintaining suppression lists, and making sure their use of Sales Command complies with applicable privacy, communications, telemarketing, recording, and anti-spam laws.
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers: vendors that help us provide hosting, authentication, storage, email, calling, texting, payment processing, analytics, security, support, and AI features.
- Workspace users: administrators and authorized team members may see workspace activity and data based on permissions.
- Legal and safety parties: regulators, courts, law enforcement, providers, or affected parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, users, or the service.
- Business transfers: parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell customer lead data.
5. Communications, recordings, and AI features
When you use communications or AI-assisted features, content may be processed by third-party infrastructure providers to deliver messages, connect calls, store recordings, generate transcripts, create summaries, recommend next steps, or troubleshoot service issues. Users are responsible for obtaining any required consent before recording, transcribing, analyzing, or sending communications.
6. Cookies and local storage
Sales Command may use cookies, browser storage, session storage, and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, app state, diagnostics, and performance. Some features may not work correctly if these technologies are disabled.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Workspace administrators may be able to delete certain records inside the app. Some copies may remain in backups, logs, billing records, security records, or provider systems for a limited period.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no online service, network, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Users are responsible for strong passwords, safe devices, appropriate user permissions, and secure handling of exported data.
9. International processing
Sales Command and its service providers may process and store information in Canada, the United States, and other locations where we or our providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live or do business.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and how you use the service, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. Workspace administrators may also control certain workspace records. To make a request, contact Sales Command through the support channel listed in your account, on the Sales Command website, or in official Sales Command communications.
11. Children
Sales Command is a business software product and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of Sales Command after an update means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.
